We allow 5 days for returns only, If 5 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately we can not accept the return.
All hair accessories are FINAL SALE.
All items bought on sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Fluffies must be returned in their original packaging and only tried on, the soles must be clean.
Before you move forward with your return, you must obtain authorization from us before sending us your items. Please email email@example.com for your return to be approved.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
We do not allow returns for the following:
- Items with missing tags or tags that have been removed and reattached
- Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with a discount code
- Items received in a condition other than their original condition
- Items that appear worn or smell of perfume, makeup stains, deodorant or tanner
- Items that are marked or damaged in any way
Please note that all returns original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
